MALAPATAN, Sarangani (April 26, 2013) – A volunteer reads the story of “Monster Basura” to learners in Tuyan Elementary School during a reading session Friday, April 26, of “Sarangani Big Brother: Reading is Fun! – Season 6”, a component program of Quality Education for Sarangani Today of the Provincial Governor’s Office.
